Welcome to The Family Card. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of The Family Card website and digital subscription service. By signing up for and using The Family Card service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not wish to accept any part of these Terms then you may not use our service.
By using this website, you warrant to us that:
You will not use this website or any material or information on it for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Conditions;
You are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to use this website in accordance with these Conditions;
You agree to be financially responsible for all charges, fees and other sums of whatever nature which arise out of your use of this website;
All information that you provide about yourself and about anyone else shall be true and accurate.
You must not monitor or copy any content or information of this website for any purpose without our prior written agreement.
Subscription Details
The Family Card offers a yearly subscription plan.
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
No free trials are available.
You can access your digital card upon subscribing.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the My Account section of our website.
Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
Once a subscription renews, it is considered final, and no refunds will be provided unless required by law.
No Refund Policy
The Family Card has a strict no refund policy for all subscription fees once charged. This includes renewals and early cancellations. Refunds will only be granted in circumstances where we are legally required to do so under the laws of Northern Ireland.
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Digital Card Usage
Your digital card is personal and non-transferable. It may only be used by the individual subscriber.
The digital card can only be used on one device at a time.
Sharing your card or providing access to others is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your subscription.
Memberships benefits/offers
Benefits offered through The Family Card are provided at the discretion of participating businesses. These are subject to availability and can be modified or withdrawn by businesses within 14 business days notice.
The Family Card is not responsible for disputes between users and participating businesses.
Termination of Service
The Family Card reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription without notice if you:
Fail to pay your subscription fees.
Share your digital card or allow others to access your subscription benefits.
Provide false or misleading information to The Family Card or its participating businesses.
Engage in dishonest behavior with participating businesses (e.g., failure to pay at a restaurant).
Limitation of Liability
The Family Card reserves the right not to be involved in any disputes between customer(s) and vendor(s) or business(es), it is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We are not responsible for service interruptions, lost discounts, or disputes between users and participating businesses.
This also includes where you receive services and/or purchase food/drinks from any participating venue, any rights that you may have in relation to defects in the services/food/drinks are against the relevant participating venue.
The Family Card cannot provide any warranty and is not responsible for any warranty of purchases made through vendors promoted.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Northern Ireland.
Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for The Family Card you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. You also confirm that you have ticked the box to explicitly accept these Terms during the sign-up process.
